To Families
As an NGO, See With Your Heart doesn’t provide targeted aid but creates projects and programs to ensure systematic, ongoing support for teenagers and youth with multiple developmental disorders and their families.
You Time: A Vacation for Parents
Every month, we offer one trip through the You Time: A Vacation for Parents project, allowing parents of grown-up children with disabilities to take a two-week vacation from their parental responsibilities. Your children will be accommodated in the project’s apartment (with or without overnight stays) and accompanied by our team, so that you can have time for yourself: handling the business you kept postponing, taking care of your health, going on a short trip, or having some quality time with your other child.
While you’re away, we will take care of your child’s daily life and leisure activities, including morning yoga, cooking together, going for walks, visiting the nearby coffee shop, attending our Art Workshop, and other city events. Meanwhile, your grown-up child will meet their peers and get a chance to feel independent.

Psychological services for parents
As part of our Psychology Hub, we hold a series of events and meetups for parents raising children with disabilities. Every month, we give lectures for parents on various topics, from appropriate disability terminology to overcoming the loss of one’s child. We also hold support groups, which are a different kind of meetup aiming to provide actionable advice about social services available to parents of children with disabilities, e.g., how to apply for disability benefits, how Inclusive Resource Centers work, and how a young person with disability can apply to a vocational school or higher education establishment.
Finally, you can approach us for crisis-related advice.
